- Decide on what units to use : Patran에서는 단위가 정해져 있지 않으므로, 해석을 시작하기 전에 모델링 단위를 결정해야한다. (여기에서는 mNks[1]를 이용한다.
- Create Geometry
- 2개의 point 생성 : Action Create → Object point → Method point → Point Coordinate List <x y z> → <0 0 0>, <10 0 0>

- 1개의 curve 생성 : Action Create → Object Curve → Method point → 위에서 생성한 2개의 point 선택
